JUNE, 2012 NYSSBDC BUSINESS AND TRADE MISSION

BOTH A MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION DRAFTED BY LIENTO MA AND A CONFIDENTIAL DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT BY TOM KRYZAK WAS SIGNED IN

ITINERARY-NYS SBDC BUSINESS AND TRADE MISSION TO CHINA-JUNE 2010

 

June 14 – 28, 2012

 

06/14/2012 Depart for Shanghai Pudong International Airport via Newark

 

06 /15 – 17 SHANGHAI Meet the government officials of foreign trade and economic development and EPA, meeting with Shanghai Free Trade Zone and signing of MOU for NYS Wine Outlet, and discussion sessions between SBDC clients and selected local companies for their projects, attend matchmaking meetings with local businesses, on-site visits to local companies.

 

06/17 Take train from Shanghai to Nanjing.

 

06 /18 – 20 NANJING / LIYANG Meeting with provincial officials of Dept. of Commerice, SME Bureau and Export Processing Zone; promote business development projects with SBDC clients; matchmaking meetings and discussion with local businesses for SBDC clients’ projects; on-site visits to local companies and facilities.

 

06/20 Fly from Nanjing to Chengdu of Sichuan Province.

 

06 / 21 – 23

CHENGDU Attend the APEC Small & Medium Enterprises & Technology Conference, meetings with foreign affairs officials, city officials of EPA and new energy, and Economic Development Zones, and business executives for exploring business project opportunities and cooperation; matchmaking meetings with local agencies for SBDC clients’, SBDC clients projects exchange and discussions; on-site visits to local companies and agencies.

 

06/23 Fly from Chengdu to Weifang (to Jinan or Qingdao airport)of Shandong

 

06 / 24 – 26

WEIFANG Meeting with city Mayor and government officials and Economic-Technological Development Zone for business project opportunities; follow up with SBDC client’s project; matchmaking meetings with local businesses; discussion and exchange meetings for client’s cooperative projects; on-spot visit to selected local companies and factories; tour of some local spots.

 

06/26 Take train from Weifang to Beijing.

 

06 /27 – 28

6:25 pm 06/28/2012

BEIJING Meetings with government officials and representatives for business development; meeting with China EPA and new energy officials for client’s project; exchange and matchmaking meetings with business representatives for clients’ projects through NYS SBDC Beijing Office; visit to historical spots.
