Tom Kryzak established Air & Earth LLC as a research and development firm and has since filled US and International patent applications in the US, Canada, Russia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, India, Australia, New Zealand and the European Patent Office.
As the inventor of these patent concepts he has written the claims, specifications and provided the necessary designs and drawings for submission to the respective patent offices. He has built much of the equipment that brings these inventions from the lab bench stage to a working prototype. Testing and proof of concepts are ongoing as patent applications are continuing to be submitted, examined and granted.
As of August 2015 Tom has written and been awarded over 20 plus patents both nationally and Internationally. Additionally, Tom has multiple patent applications under examination and continues his inventing efforts and patent applications throughout the year.
Starting with Memorandum of Understandings and Letters of Interest with companies operating around the world, Agreements have been established that promote A&E and the use of it’s patented technology. Agreements for Confidentiality, Non-Compete and Non-Circumvention have been established as well as Partnerships and Relationships that provide mutual benefits. A&E has ongoing interest in expanding Agreements with Parties that would continue to promote the implementation of A&E’s patented technologies globally.
